What Is This Event?
The Marvel Super Heroes Prerelease gives players a chance to experience the brand-new Magic: The Gathering® | Marvel Super Heroes set a full week before the official June 26 release. Crack open packs, build a deck on the spot, and battle other players with Marvel's most iconic heroes and villains — Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, Thanos, and many more!

This is the standard individual prerelease format — perfect for players of all skill levels who want to experience the set in competitive sealed play.

What Every Player Receives
Each player gets a Marvel Super Heroes Prerelease Pack containing:
• 6 Marvel Super Heroes Play Boosters
• 1 foil, Rare or Mythic Rare promo card
• 1 deck box
• 1 Spindown life counter die

Everything you open is yours to keep!

How It Works
• Each player opens their Prerelease Pack and builds a 40-card minimum deck from the cards they opened
• You may add as many basic lands as you like (provided by the store)
• Deck construction time: ~30 minutes
• Starting life total: 20 life
• 4 Swiss rounds, Best of 3 per round
• ~50 minute round timer
• Reduce your opponent to 0 life to win the game

Prize Support
Most stores are awarding:
• 1 Marvel Super Heroes Play Booster per match win (up to 4 wins = up to 4 boosters)
• Additional door prizes or random drawings at the store's discretion

Bonus Swag (while supplies last)
• Players who attended an Avengers Academy event (June 12–18) AND play in a Two-Headed Giant Prerelease receive a pair of wearable Loki horns
